HUMAN ERROR CAUSED AIR CRASH IN THE AZORES ISLANDS

LISBON, The National Civil Aviation Institute of Portugal yesterday released an official report of the plane crash occurred in the Azores Islands in 1999. According to the report the crash was cause by the flight crew, including a failure to comply with safety and navigational procedures. 35 people were killed in the crash.
