MILITARY PLANE CRASHES IN RUSSIA, TWO KILLED
MOSCOW, A small military aircraft L-39 yesterday crashed in a village named Gavrilonka in the region of Tambov, south of Moscow. The plane went down near a church after a fire broke out on board. The two pilots, the Colonel Vladimir Rudenko e the Major Ghennadi Melovanov were both killed. An investigation is under way.
