UKRAINE'S AIRLINES TO MERGE

KIEV, Ukraine Transportation Minister Valery Pustoivenko said three ukrainian companies, Air Ukraine International, the privately owned Aerosweet, and the state-owned domestic carrier Ukrainian Air Lines will merge to form a new firm under a governmental plan. Air Ukraine International is a profitable carrier offering transoceanic routes too.
