TOLMOUNT PLC TO TAKE OVER NATIONAL JET ITALIA

USA, Tolmount Plc announced on Friday it is to buy National Jet Italia for £35 million. The airline will change its name to Aviation Partners Worldwide Plc. National Jet Italia currently operates five services from Rome Fiumicino hub and has carried over 350.000 passengers in about a year.
