BELGIAN GOVERNMENT SUES SWISSAIR
BRUSSELS, Belgian government announced the decision of taking Swissair to Court to force it to put up 529 million euros in loans to rescue ailing belgian Sabena. SAirGroup, which controls Swissair, owns 49,5% of Sabena. The belgian airline will claim damages for 354 million euros if Swissair fails to come up with the funding.
