It is official: BAE sold its Airbus stake to EADS

As we had already preannounced, there has been the official confirmation of BAE Systems sale of its 20% Airbus stake to EADS Group, which now becomes the only shareholder of the aeronautic manufacturer. The transaction prise is EUR 2.75bn: maybe a break-up, some analysts suggested, because Airbus is structurally worth much more, but the A-380 production scandal made the price decrease.
