POLICE HELICOPTER CRASHES IN PERU

PERU, A police helicopter crashed in southern Peru on friday while surveying damage to earthquake-ravaged areas. Three people were killed in the accident, a state official, a police officer and a co-pilot. The pilot was injured and another passenger suffered burns. Peruvian authorities are investigating the cause of the crash.
