AVIANCA: SHAREHOLDERS MEETING POSTPONED TO FRIDAY

BOGOTA, Colombia's Avianca extraordinary shareholders meeting, scheduled for yesterday, was postponed to friday. The dire financial situation of the airline is to be discussed in the meeting. Colombian government anti-trust body early this month blocked the merger proposal between Avianca and Aces.
