The civil cause of 49 victims families in the air accident involving a Banat Air AN-24 on December 13, 1995, risks to be cancelled and re-start after 11 years. This is because of the decision by the judge to proclaim his environmental incompatibility transferring the process seat to Venice. Then he retired. The process was about to end and only compensation sentence for victims families was to be pronounced....
