Finmeccanica-Avio: its share has been sold to Cinven

Rome, Italy - The Italian industrial group will re-buy 15% of Avio

Finmeccanica makes known it sold its 30% share in Avio to Cinven, so that it will get about EUR 430m, three times more the initial investment with a gaining of more annual 50%. Finmeccanica will also re-buy 15% of Avio for a value of about EUR 150m. Before the operation closing, which will be within the year end, Finmeccanica can get the option to enter Avio up to 30%.
