POWELL: NOW THE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHINA ARE IMPROVING

USA, According to U.S. State Secretary Colin Powell, the relationships with China, after the EP-3E aircraft question, which have damaged it, are returning back to normality. The aircraft, which has been forced to land on Chinese Hainan island, has been dismantled and transported back in the USA, and now a complete recoved of relationships between the two countries is expected.
