With a ceremony officiated by the vice-president of the Region Friuli Venezia Giulia, Gianfranco Moretton, has been bared the "Friendship monument" that signes the understanding between Friuli, Carinzia and Slovenia, just in the place where the three Regions cross, in the mountain Forno, above Tarvisio (Udine). The choice of the place is not casual: just in the top of the mountain Forno 30 years ago...
