Germany’s Lufthansa Cargo airline and Switzerland’s Swissport airport operator made an agreement concerning a cooperation at Hannover airport, Germany, where the two companies move 75% of total cargo volumes. The purpose of the agreement, which does not involve a merger between the contracting subjects, is to improve quality and reduce costs of freight movements service.
