LE BOURGET, PARIS, According Louis Le Porz, chairman of Messier-Dowty, the world's largest aircraft landing gear maker, could be started soon the realization of "silenced" landing gears. According studies conducted by company, 25% of the noise of a landing aircraft comes from air noise around landing gears, and studies are conducting in order to reduce it.
