Emergency landing in Athens
Athens, Greece - The pilot had an ictus
A British charter airplane by Monarch airline, which was flying from Luxor (Egypt) to Manchester (UK), made an emergency landing at Athens International Airport yesterday evening at 11 pm (local time), after the pilot lost consciousness. The co-pilot alerted control tower of the Greek air station, where emergency measures immediately started. The landing was successful and the 180 passengers were unharmed....
