Autogrill: agreement in Canada to purchase CARA's restaurant and retail sector
Milan, Italy - The text of the press release
Autogrill group, through the US subsidiary HMSHost Corporation, signed with CARA operations limited, the principal operator of joint restaurant in Canada, an agreement to purchase the Airport terminal restaurants (Atr) sector which works in North America, for an enterprise value of CND 62 million, about EUR 43,5 million, for a multiple included between 6-7 times the Ebitda.
