BAA accepted Ferrovial Group's bid
London, United Kingdom - The company was sold for 10.23 billion pounds
Baa (British Airport Authority) made officially known that the purchase by Ferrovial Group was accepted by shareholders (see AVIONEWS). The Spanish bid is 950.25 pence per share, total 10.23 billion pounds (about EUR 15bn). The network leaded by American Goldman Sachs was defeated.
