Cathay Pacific will purchase Dragonair
Hong Kong, China - The operation will have a value of 1.3 billion dollars
Hong Kong Cathay Pacific Airways announced to have the intention to buy Chinese carrier Dragonair. This airline operates principally on domestic routes in the Asian giant. The cost of the operation should have to be around 1.3 billion dollars. Cathay will purchase the Dragonair by Swire Pacific, Citic Pacific, and by China National Aviation, through a combination of cash and shares.
