"ENAC, the Italian Civil Aviation Authority, informs that this morning at 10:15 an air crash happened near Ragusa in which an aircraft of touristic type matriculated in Switzerland, model Mooney M-20, code HB-DHY, took off from Giubiliana (Ragusa) airfield towards Pantelleria.
