LynuxWorks today announced that L-3 Communications Display Systems has chosen its Real-Time Operating System (RTOS) to power a portion of the Panoramic Cockpit Display (PCD) subsystem for the Lockheed Martin F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) aircraft (see for details AVIONEWS).
