UPS reinforces its hub in Louisville

Louisville, USA - It will boost sorting capacity to 487,000 packages an hour

After the announcement by FedEx Express package delivery company to enlarge its hub at Indianapolis Airport (see AVIONEWS for details), its rival UPS (United Parcel Service) does the same. The cargo carrier will spend at least one billion dollars to boost sorting capacity 60% at its hub in Louisville, Kentucky, over the next five years, in order to meet rising international demand.
