Washington, USA - America does not deny but refuses EP jurisdiction
A delegation of the European Commission composed by 13 Europarliamentarian and leaded by Portuguese Carlo Coelho has just ended its journey, started Monday, in Washington, on the field of the inquiry on "Special" CIA flights made in Europe to carry suspicious terrorists (see AVIONEWS for details). The meetings showed that USA do not deny the existence of the flights but they talk about "Some cases"...
