"The Mountain Lion-Cougar" Operation in Afghanistan

Kabul, Afghanistan - The offensive is supported by US Air Force

About 2500 American and Afghan military men are involved in an operation called "The Mountain Lion-Cougar" in order to re-conquest a strategic territory in Eastern Afghanistan. The offensive, supported by US Air Force, made its first air bombing Wednesday evening on Pech Valley, in Kunar Province, occupied by Taleban rebels.
