UNITED AIRLINES INVESTS IN AIRPORT TECHNOLOGIES

CHICAGO, United Airlines will invest $300 million in new airport technologies aimed at speeding up check in times and providing customers new and more detailed informations. 800 EasyCheck-in kiosks will be installed in 25 airpprts by 2002 and new large-screen information displays will be created in departure lounges.
