Palermo airport closed for sirocco

Palermo, Italy - All the flights cancelled since the morning

The strong sirocco wind blowing since this morning on Palermo forced the "Falcone-Borsellino" Airport closure and the cancellation of all the flights planned from and to the Sicilian air station. Only the Myair flight at 8:40 coming from Bergamo was made, but it was redirected to Catania. Many passengers, among whom Leoluca Orlando (an Italian politician), crowd the airport looking forward to the service...
