WOMAN DIES AFTER WALKING INTO A ROTOR

SOUTH AFRICA, A south-african woman died after being stuck into the rotor of an helicopter just before taking a ride as a birthday treat. The woman died instantly from wounds all over her body. The accident happened on the Lillyfontein game farm in Weenen, KwaZulu-Natal, just after the helicopter landed.
