This morning a strong explosion has destroyed a building of Chemical Institute at Mulhouse University, Eastern France, near German boundary. According to the firemen, there are many victims, but the only apparently certain news at the moment are about a seriously injured girl in the fire caused by the explosion, happened around 11:30 am. causes are still unknown.
