Number of passengers in Malaysian airports rises

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - An increase of 5,4% during 2005

Malaysia Airports Holding Bhd., the company that control 38 airports in the Asian country, made known that the number of passengers who during 2005 passed for the Malaysian airports has grown, respecting 2004, of about 5,4%, to 41.6 million people. Kuala Lumpur International Airport in 2005 rose 10.2% on the year to 23.2 million, the airport operator said in a statement.
