American Airlines: losses for USD 604m in the fourth quarter of 2005

The US carrier, American Airlines, communicated to have reported, in the fourth quarter of 2005, losses for USD 604m, USD 3,49 per share. In 2004 the deficit was USD 387m. The overall net loss has been of USD 413m excluding the managed costs in 2005 for the aircraft’s maintenance, (USD 155m) and those ones met for the realization of new hangars (USD 37m).
