Budapest Airport privatization: amount for acquiring Budapest Airport has been completely paid

Budapest, Hungary - BAA announced it in a statement

"The BAA has completed the acquisition of 75%, minus 1 share, of Budapest Airport in addition to the 75-year management contract and other assets for total cash of GBP 1.255 billion", the British Airport Authority said in a press release. The British company has paid 464.5 billion forint to the Hungarian Government (see for details AVIONEWS).
