Thales: negotiations on alliance with Alcatel
Paris, France - French newspaper "Le Figaro" reported it yesterday
Thales may merge with Alcatel after recent negotiations, according to Paris newspaper "Le Figaro". It wrote that two CEOs, Denis Ranque and Serge Tchuruk, had talks about it. Two companies fusion could lead to create a giant specialized in both military and civil electronics, telecommunications and space industry (see for details AVIONEWS).
