UNITED AIRLINES FLIGHT DIVERTED TO ICELAND
ICELAND, A United Airlines Boeing 747 en route from Chicago to Franfurt was diverted to Iceland after a passenger saw a bomb threat written with a lipstick on the mirror in the toilet The plane was inspected and no bomb was found. The jumbo was carrying 297 passengers plus crew.
