Brussels, Belgium - EU General Lawyer Philippe Leger asked for cancelling European Commission and Council's decision

European Court denied the transfer of personal details to US authorities as scheduled by both European Commission and Council. There is a lack of protection for sensitive data and a shortage of proper implementation regarding the due rules. It was stated by General Lawyer Philippe Leger who asked for cancelling European Commission and Council’s decision.
