Iraqi Airways: Baghdad-Teheran flight has been suspended indefinitely
Teheran, Iran - Iranian aviation authority's spokesperson communicated it
After 25 years an Iraqi Airways plane landed at Teheran coming from Baghdad last November 6 (see for details AVIONEWS). The Iraqi carrier was expected to ensure two-weekly connections between Baghdad and Teheran. But yesterday the Iranian aviation authority’s spokesperson, Reza Jafarzadeh, communicated to have received "A fax from Iraq aviation that told us that the service has been postponed".
