GSCA APPROVES MERGER BETWEEN SIBIR AND VNUKOVO AIRLINES

MOSCOW, Alexander Neradko, Director of GSGA, gave the approval to the merger between siberian Sibir and russian Vnukovo Airlines, considering that the shareholders of both airlines had already approved the merger , which fits with the russian government's policy of acquisition in the airline sector.
