KLM SELLS 30% BRAATHENS STAKE TO SAS
AMSTERDAM, Klm Royal Dutch Airlines has reported its intention of selling a 30% stake in Braathens ASA to SAS. Klm made its final decision after the disappointing results in the last few years. The sale has to be approved by the anti-trust authorities. Klm bought the stake in 1997. The commercial cooperation between the two airlines is to be dismantled in the next months.
