USA and EU resume talks on "Open sky" deal
Brussels, Belgium - A preliminary agreement could be achieved within the end of the year
US-EU negotiations on the single sky between Europe and United States will be resumed on November 14. Negotiations were interrupted more than one year ago because US authorities banned European carriers from operating domestic flights. Europe did not impose the same barrier.
