Finmeccanica-Datamat: acquisition has been completed
Milan, Italy - Finmeccanica purchased the 52.7% of Datamat's share capital, within 30 days it will launch a take-over bid for the remaining shares on the market
The acquisition’s value has been EUR 150.9 million.
