Vilnius, Lithuania - "Russia intended to dig into the Lithuanian air defence system"

A new chapter of the case of Russian Sukhoi SU-27 fighter plane crashed in Lithuania last September 15 has begun (see for details AVIONEWS): it seems that on the plane wreckage two Kg of radioactive metal have been found. The Defence Minister has however reassured residents by saying that the level of radioactivity discovered was high, but not harmful. Meanwhile, SU-27 pilot will not come back Russia...
