USA-CHINA: CHINESE FIGHTERS INTERCEPT AMERICAN SURVEILLANCE AIRCRAFTS
PEKING, CHINA, Since the US surveillance flights were restored, the Chinese fighters intercepted three American military aircrafts, one of which similar to the EP-3E still detained in Hainan island, following the collision with a Chinese F-8. According to what was reported by the chinese press, the aircrafts were flying between 50 and 70 miles from the Chinese coast, in the international air space....
