MILITARY PLANE CRASHES IN TURKEY, 37 DEAD
ANKARA, A turkish military plane, a CASA CN-235, has crashed in southern Turkey, in the province of Malatya. The aircraft was carrying 37 people on board, including 31 special forces troops. The aircraft, manufactrured in Turkey, crashed shortly after takeoff from Malatya and was heading to Ankara. All the 37 people on board were killed. The aircraft exploded and then took fire.
