FRENCH CONCORDES TO STAY GROUNDED

PARIS, French civil aviation authorities decided the ban on Air France Concorde flights will remain. Experts also said will put in place extra safety measures, according to the General Direction for Civil Aviation. The special inquiry commission said it could take 18 months to determine what caused the crash.
