Iberia and Aerolineas Argentinas join forces to bring both Countries closer

37 destinations within the South American State and 29 within European one

Iberia and Aerolíneas Argentinas (AA) have reached an agreement that will bring Argentina and Spain closer than ever. Thanks to this alliance, from March 27, 2025, customers of both airlines will be able to connect their transatlantic flights with more than 37 destinations within Argentina and 29 within Spain.

Specifically, customers who purchase their tickets with Iberia, who previously had to obtain a separate flight to or from cities beyond Buenos Aires, will now have access to 37 destinations within the country operated by Aerolíneas Argentinas, including some such as Córdoba, Mendoza, Bariloche, Mar de Plata, Rosario, Ushuaia, Iguazú, Tucumán, or El Calafate.

Similarly, travellers crossing the Atlantic on-board Aerolíneas Argentinas will have 29 cities within Spain at their disposal, which they will reach on flights operated by Iberia from Madrid-Barajas T4, including Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Bilbao, Málaga, Granada, Palma de Mallorca, Ibiza, or Tenerife.

In this way, travelling between Argentina and Europe will be easier and more comfortable than ever, as all journeys will be made through a single reservation, and a single check-in, from the city of origin to the final destination.

An Iberia passenger will be able to fly between Madrid and Bariloche, connecting in Buenos Aires-Ezeiza or Aeroparque, with a single ticket. On the other hand, AA passengers will be able to fly with the same ticket between Buenos Aires and Bilbao, connecting in Madrid-Barajas.
