Airbus appoints Valerio Moro as Head of Italy from December
He will be able to count on the support of Serafino D'Angelantonio Head of Public Affairs
Airbus has appointed Valerio Moro as Head of Industry in Italy, effective December 1st, 2024, as part of its strategy to strengthen the company and support its growth in Italy.
He brings ten years of experience to Airbus Defence and Space, in both engineering and management roles, and most recently as Executive Assistant to Airbus CEO Guillaume Faury.
In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing Airbus operations across all divisions of the company in Italy and representing the industry towards customers and all key stakeholders. He will also be responsible for managing the local branch of it dedicated to space products and services.
He will be able to count on the support of Serafino D'Angelantonio, who will take on the new role as Head of Public Affairs Italy.
With the strengthening of the team, the company aims to further consolidate its historic partnership with Italy, with the offer of low-fuel aircraft, modern helicopters and advanced solutions in the military and space fields.
