Air Ambulances in Australia: Helicorp buys Pel-Air, from Rex Group

Transaction worth over $47 million, pending approval by the Foreign Investment Review Board

Rex Group has announced to investors that it has entered into an agreement to sell its air ambulance business, Pel-Air, to Helicorp Pty Ltd. The agreed transaction amount is approximately $47.1 million in cash. The proceeds from this sale will be used by Rex Group to settle existing secured debt.
