Sacbo (Bergamo-Orio al Serio airport management company) announces on its website in a short note that operations are temporarily suspended due to the explosion of a tire, shortly after landing, of a Ryanair plane, coming from Barcelona, which occurred this morning.

The closure of the Bergamo airport was decided to allow the intervention of the firefighters and the removal of the aircraft from the runway, but the operations are still ongoing. The people on board, including passengers and crewmembers, were allowed to disembark in complete safety, without any injuries.

On the company's website, the list of flights in real time shows delays and cancellations for departures and landings until the end of operations.
