New images of the Chinese aircraft carrier "Fujian" have been published. They were released by the state media of the Dragon, which revealed some unpublished photographs of the new and most technologically advanced military maritime vessel of the Land of the Rising Sun. The ship, which has currently only conducted some tests, including mooring tests, is still waiting to conduct the first sea trials, expected by 2023.

Recently revealed images show the next-generation launch pads, which can launch a wider range of aircraft from its deck. Together with the US Ford-Class aircraft carriers under development, the "Fujian" will be among the only ones in the world equipped with the latest electromagnetic launch system for aircraft called Emals (Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch System).

Presented to the public for the first time in June 2022, the aircraft carrier was entirely designed and built in China. Its embarkation capacity is equal to 40 fighters, in addition to command and control aircraft, transport and war helicopters. It is the largest and most technologically advanced vessel compared to the "Shandong" (in service since 2019) and "Liaoning" aircraft carriers.
