Alitalia: "Banca Intesa has not undertaken engagement of guarantee on carrier"

Rome, Italy -It has not reached yet any agreement regarding capital increase

Alitalia said that Banca Intesa has not undertaken engagement of guarantee related to the planned Alitalia’s recapitalisation. Alitalia said that Banca Intesa and Deutsche Bank involvement depends on market conditions and is being discussed. If an agreement is reached, it could be formalized in the coming days.
