Italian MEF. ITA-Lufthansa operation notified to the EU Commission

The confirmation issued in a short statement by the Ministry

The Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance announces that the concentration operation which provides for the entry of Deutsche Lufthansa into the capital of ITA Airways was formally notified yesterday afternoon to the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission, according to a statement issued by the Italian MEF.
