The Leonardo Group -which operates in the aerospace, defense and security sectors- has presented the new corporate organization chart. The management team has been reduced to 8 reports from the managing director and general manager, Roberto Cingolani (he will be in charge of personnel, finance, communication, legal affairs and more).

Let's take a detailed look at the new organizational structure that will report to Cingolani: the Space business unit is entrusted to Franco Ongaro; Sustainability to Raffaella Luglini; Stefano Amoroso confirmed to the communication; at the Security Luigi Della Volpe; Marco De Fazio at the Electronics division; Gian Piero Cutillo confirmed in the Helicopters division; Tommaso Profeta remains on cybersecurity for now; Antonio Liotti confirmed for People & Organization; International Relations to Marco Buratti; Institutional Affairs remains with Filippo Maria Grasso; finally the communication remains in the hands of Stefano Amoroso.

As known, the new Business & Operations co-management is entrusted to Lorenzo Mariani (former CEO of MBDA Italy) who will also head the following units: the one for the project of the new Tempest fighter-bomber entrusted to Guglielmo Maviglia; Automation to Massimiliano Veltroni; Procurement, Services & Operations to Manlio Cuccaro; Marco Zoff confirmed at the Aircraft Division; the new Commercial & Business development unit is entrusted to Carlo Gualdaroni who will coordinate the activities and resources of four units (Customer support; Drones; Us Business development; Leonardo International); Procurement, Services & Operations to Manlio Cuccaro who will coordinate two units (Production optimization, program management).
